Can I change the address on my order?Updated a month ago

If your order has already been dispatched, we are not able to redirect the parcel or change any details, and recommend that you contact the carrier directly for further assistance.

Please note that we aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. With this short processing time in mind, we ask that you reach out to our team as soon as possible after order confirmation if you need assistance with changes and/or cancellations.
