Can I place an order to a different address and country than my default?
You can ship to a different delivery country than your billing country. Please note that any applicable taxes and duties are calculated based on the delivery address, and that for security, we may request additional verification, or limit this option

The item I want is out of stock - when will it be available?

Can I change the items on my received order?
If you want to exchange an item on your order, please initiate a return through the portal here, and place an order for the new item directly online. We do not offer direct exchanges for returns.
